I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience on this platform. After placing an order, my package never arrived because it didn’t pass customs. Lizzie assured me that if I paid half of my next order, she would replace the lost product and send me 50% of the value. Trusting her promise, I made the payment.
Now, two months have passed, and I have yet to receive anything. This feels like a scam, and I can't understand how this platform allows such things to happen. I've requested a full refund, but I am left feeling uncertain about what will happen next.
It’s disheartening to see a platform I once trusted enable this kind of behavior. I urge others to be cautious if considering a purchase here. My experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I cannot recommend this platform based on what I’ve gone through.
